Favorite Dish Ever: Mom’s lemon meringue pie. My dad and I share the same birthday and mom was making this pie when her water broke, so she was rushed to the hospital to have me. Once I was born, dad ran home to get some things and was so hungry he ate the entire pie. Mom’s made this pie for every birthday since!
