Lower Foods

What began as a custom-cut and sausage facility in Utah in the early 1920s, has blossomed into a highly-successful meat processing company still owned and operated by its founders, the Lower family. The family processes whole, sliced, and shredded meats that are available in both cooked and raw form, including navel pastrami, pickled raw corned beef, Prime Rib, pot roast and shredded and ground beef, to name a few.
