Grateful Spoon Gelato
The Phoenix-based Grateful Spoon creates small batch gelato using the from-scratch method you'd find in the authentic shops of Italy. Each flavor is made from natural, locally-sourced products, without the use of any pre-made bases, starters or mixes. For their dairy based gelato, the Grateful Spoon craftsmen and women pasteurize their own milk to achieve the finest "fior de latte", while their fruit flavors are all-natural, vegan and gluten free.
